Mr. Ott has 38 years of practical experience in the management and delivery of construction projects.
Prior to being President of Milestone Consultants, Mr. Ott was a Superintendent, Project Engineer, Estimator, Claims Manager, and Project Manager for nationwide highway contractors working on projects from $3 million to $65 million.
As President of Milestone Consultants, Mr. Ott has provided management and technical assistance to companies all over the US, large and small, on projects ranging from highways, bridges and tunnels to wastewater treatment plants to prisons to pump storage facilities. Mr. Ott has significant practical experience in the management of diverse construction projects, specializing in preparation and analysis of CPM schedules, Linear Scheduling, preparation and analysis of construction claims, and general project management.
Mr. Ott has also served as an expert witness in numerous arbitration and litigation proceedings. Mr. Ott’s considerable practical experience allows him to quickly understand and analyze the scope of work, efficiently and accurately assess the circumstances and provide practical solutions to clients. He is a recognized expert in CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, claims analysis and construction productivity.
